Physical Therapy
Physical therapy is a healthcare service that aims to help individuals who have suffered from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to improve their mobility, alleviate pain, and regain their strength and functionality. Physical therapists use a variety of techniques to assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiopulmonary conditions.

During a physical therapy session, the therapist will work with the patient to create a customized treatment plan that addresses their specific needs and goals. The treatment plan may include exercises, stretches, massage, heat or cold therapy, and other techniques designed to improve range of motion, reduce pain and inflammation, and promote healing.
Physical therapy can benefit people of all ages and backgrounds, from athletes recovering from sports injuries to seniors dealing with the effects of aging. Some common conditions that physical therapists may treat include back pain, neck pain, joint pain, arthritis, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury.
